Mounted Horizontal Stabalizer to fuselage and checked and adjusted position until perpendicular to fueselage. Drilled Mounting holes through HS-908 attach angles and shims. Temporarily bolted down to allow drilling rear spar holes. Used 11/32 drills as spacers for rear spar and checked incidence angle. Then drilled mounting holes for rear spar and attached bolts.
