Brief Description: Notch Wing Jig so Skins will Fit
Just an entry to capture what I talked about yesterday with the wing jig interfering with the wing skins. The photo on the left shows the jig with the wing skeleton mounted but no skins. If you picture the skins extending about 3/8" beyond the wing rib you can see how the jig interferes with the skin laying flat. The photo on the right shows the wing jig after cutting slots to allow the wing skin to lay flat. I used duct tape over the notches to keep from scratching the skins.
