Strapped wing 4 places and pulled leading edge to close top of wing. Clecoed . After I removed straps, I was ready to put in rivets in every seconded hole when I relized I had clamped the low fuel sending wire between the first 2 leading edge spares. so I had to start over again with the straps and carefully removed wire from front webs wire was okay no damage to wire. Wire was laying between the front of the first 2 ribs, I had neglected to check if they were clear. I reinstalled the straps and pulled everything back together and proceeded to clecoed and put rivets in every second hole. I than cut the hole for the fuel tank filler cap, marking it with my transparent template I mad earlier. I fitted the filler cap with a little sanding, vaccumed the inside of tank with small hose I attached to vac nozzle. I popped rivet the leading edge then the front spar and ribs. I put clecoes in every hole on rear spar so I would not inenvertently rivet were airliron will be installed later. After completely riveting I put fiberglass wing tip on the wing to get an idea how it would look. Hopefuly I will get a chance tomorrow to carry on construction with the wing tip drilling and clecoeing.
