Brief Description: Deburr parts and rivet ribs and hinge brackets
I received new parts for the ones I messed up a couple of weeks ago. I separated and deburred them. I had to spend some time getting reaquinted with the aileron plans and where I left off. It seems like there are a couple of steps missing so I was trying to put together in my head how the final product should look. I also reached out to the RV-14 Slack group and between the group and the plans I think I understand what I need to do.
I riveted the inboard and ourboard ribs and hinge brackets together. This wasn't without drama as I kept screwing up and drilling out some of the rivets. In one case I had to drill the same rivet out three times. Finally got it right with no damage to any of the holes.
