I tried to do my initial assembly and had a rough time trying to align the skin with the spar holes. It seems like my fears were justified and the spar flange that I had bent back to straight knocked the holes out of alignment by up to 1/2 D. After wrestling with the assembly for what seemed like forever I resigned myself to needed a new spar.
I suppose I'll start on some of the smaller tasks on the aileron while I wait for the new spar to arrive.
I couldn't get the clekos into the holes easily due to the spar buckle
