Brief Description:  Deburring and match drilling

The extra tabs on the main ribs were carefully cut off and deburred. Deburred the nose ribs, hinge ribs, main ribs and main spar. During the deburring of the main spar, it caught the wheel and was kicked out pretty hard, hitting the ground. I inspected it for damage and found that the upper flange of the spar was buckled about 3/16 in. above OML along 4-5 inches.

I did my best to straighten it out and it looked almost like nothing had happened. I finished deburring the spar without further incident. This was just a rookie mistake and I should know better. I'm usually very good about orienting the part against the wheel in such a way this won't happen, but my mind wandered a bit and I paid the price.

My main concern is that I may have knocked the flange hole out of alignment with the skins. No way to tell until I do my initial assembly.
