I finally finished all of the countersinks and Bonderite treatement. This was definitely the most repetitive and boring section I've done so far. 1170 total countersinks between the two spars.
I also installed the aileron control brackets and torqued them.
Not much left to do now. I have seven more nutplates and five rivets to install on the web. I didn't have much sunlight when I finished and it would have been dark by the time I was set up to rivet so I deferred that to the next work session.
The very last &#^@( countersink I have to drill on these *&#$^* spars!
