Brief Description: Deburring and Installing Nutplates
Both skins were deburred using my palm file and the crowfoot tool. All fastener holes were examined and determined that no additional deburring was required. The punching process made very clean and crisp holes.
I dimpled the access panel and panel doubler, then I used SEM primer on the doubler and inside surface of the panel.
Nutplates were installed on the doubler.
I tried to dimple the skins by myself, but they were too big for me to handle safely. I was too worried about it slipping and possibly damaging something so I decided to wait for Jay tomorrow to help me.
