Brief Description:  Deburr RH skin

Just a short session today as I didn't really feel 100%. I finished deburring the RH skin. I used the palm file to remove the edge nubs, then the crowfoot tool. It was finished with a 1 in. Scotchbright wheel in my cordless drill. For the notches I used a curved file and some 400 grit sandpaper to knock the burr off.

With 0.016 in. thick skin you have to be very careful not to take too much material off. The holes didn't need any deburring on the punch side, but I used 400 grit sandpaper on the other side to knock down the very small burr on each hole.

Everything is now ready for priming. Because of the issues I had with these very small and light parts being blown everywhere the when I first primed the original rudder, I think I'll make some part cradles from scrap 2 X 4 and see how that goes.

The skin is so thin you have to be careful when deburring. Clamping decreases the chance of damage.
