Today Paul and I set about correcting the ADS-B out issue assoiated with the GTN650 to the AFS/Dynon/Trig transponder.
In essence the original wiring diagram from Approach Stack was not quite correct. It mapped the GTN650 into the transponder using Aviation 1 protocol. Given this was done a while ago, and it wasn't fully available no biggy, however we needed to "remap" the wiring and port it to the RS232 Out 2 on the GTN650.
Once this was complete, Iset about completing a flight. The setting on the Garmin initially set at ADS-B+, howevere after a restart on the ADS-B setting BINGO!!!! as Paul said, it appeared.
I now have nearly 17 hours on the flight time meter and in another few hours it will be time to install the Electronic Ignition System and map the injectors around 10 hours after that. :-)
