Brief Description:  Continued work on the seatbelt assembly

Continued the work on the seatbelt assembly. Now that the initial holes were drilled and the top channel was in place, the flanges could be drilled out and clecoed. This involved cutting a gap in the L angle on the top of the fuselage to fit the channel into. After the channel was in place, the rivets that needed to be drilled out for the doubler plate in the back of the cabin were removed and the holes were marked and backdrilled into the doubler.
