Brief Description:  Started horizontal stabilizer skin and tip ribs

Next step was to get the skin on and rivet it to the bottom of the skeleton. We painted the skeleton surfaces for corrosion protection, deburred the skin, and then clecoed on and riveted on the bottom, leaving the tips to add the ribs to. Once that was done, the L-angles for the tip ribs were cut and clamped in place and drilled into through the spars and tip ribs. Then the angles and tip ribs were riveted onto the skeleton.
