We got started on the pilots side flaperons. The skeletons were assembled and any holes that needed expansion were drilled out and deburred. The brackets for the hinges had to be cut and this was done with straight snips and a file to smooth out the cuts. They were then reinstalled on the spar and drilled out to #20.
