Brief Description: Completed covering wings with fabric and tightened
Replaced broken part WI-103 with new part and re-tightened fabric
Pic 1 shows left and right wings completed.
Pic. 2 shows fabric tightened to 1 1/4" beyond the fish. Page 2-46 instructs you to pull the inboard edge of the envelope over the tensioning rib (the fish) so that the edge overlaps the rib by approximately 1" all the way around top and bottom. I pulled the envelope 1 1/4" as Lance suggested for a tighter fit.
The manual states "the screw line should be 1-3/8" from the edge of the fabric. My screws aligned with the root edge of the sewing line as seen in Pic 2.
