Brief Description: Attach leading and trailing edge cuffs
Drill and remove cuffs then Acid wash and treat with Allodine. Attach with rivets.
Pic1 Leading edge cuffs attached. I later put tape over spar/cuff contact points and any rough areas. The leading edge will be covered with foam but the rear spar/cuff junction should be taped to avoid abrading the wing fabric.

Pic. 3 Wing assembly completed. Although I attached the Aileron pushrods as described in the Manual I suggest it is a waste of time because you will (should) remove these before you pull the wing fabric onto the frame.
