1. Constructed a block and tackle system (shown in background) and attached it to a beam in the hangar then attached the CT to system so I could raise the CT and align with the attachment points on the FU. I used phillips screwdrivers to initially attach the CT to the rear center struts, then the front spar and finally the outboard struts. I removed the screwdrives one by one and replaced them with the appropriate bolts and hardware. This process would take about a half hour with two or three people but it took me 4 hours.
Attached bottom rib doublers between skin and ribs at all common holes with cleco's.
3. Picture from the front looking upward. The CT-015 attachment point (see pg 10-23) is missing and on backorder but I attached the front spar without them. I will need these to complete attachment after the skins are drilled, deburred, primed and painted.
The tube extending inward in the photo is for an auxiliary tank that I will mount in the back during long voyages. You can see two of these fuel lines in picture #2.
