1 and 2. Step drill Spar cable bracket and doubler then mark and tape together prior to washing and priming.
3. Manual does not provide written instructions for attaching VS-023 to VS-001. Step 3 at pg 8-13 lists instructions for VS-016 and 017. See the diagram at 5-8 for help.
