Pic 1 shows that the groove in Push Rod Sheet -009 was too narrow and was not properly placed. Red lines show proper dimension and placement of groove. After working on this for over 2 hours I decided to send picture to Lockwood. They responded quickly and sent the correctly manufactured EL-009 Push Rod Sheet. Thanks too to Lance who advised that the correct width should be 1 1/8 inches and it would be offset to the root end.
