Step drill skins to #29 and then step drill hinge holes to #19 using 19 x 30 step drill.

Pic 3. Motor plate EL-010 extends over the rivet holes in 3rd and 4th ribs. I trimmed about 1/4 inch from the the trailing edge of the Motor Plate so that the Motor Plate did not cover the rivet holes. See next log entry.
