Brief Description: Step drill front and rear spars
Pic 1. Begin work on R EL side (which is shown here on the left side of the the work bench using the same techniques I used to construct the L side.
Pic.2 Used a square to ensure that each rib was vertical before transfer drilling the front flanges into the front rib. The frame is held steady by the bungee cord and enabled me to rotate the frame as requried to gain access to both the front and rear spars. Used a 19 x 30 to transfer drill the front rib flanges to the front spar.
