Pic. 1. I made a cleco holder to help with the tedious drill/ cleco process required for the 66 holes on each side of the leading edge. To help keep the skins in tight tolerance I used a #40 on every other hole, clecoed then used the step drill #29-#40 to drill the remaining holes; drill in one hand cleco pliers in the other.
