Brief Description: Attach L & R ribs and nose ribs.
Attach all ribs left and right then attach all nose ribs left and right and doublers where required. Transfer drill from #40 to #29. This is a tedious process requiring multiple layers of work and I opted to use a single drill that steps from #40 to #29. Used a small pneumatic drill with an extension to get into tight spaces. but found it easier to first drill the nose ribs before attaching them to doublers to complete the required drilling.
NOTE: RE ATTACHMENT OF RIGHT BRACKET HS-012 Step 2 (pg 5-18) describes attachment of Left Spar Attachment bracket HS-012 but beware that the manual does not depict attachment of the Right bracket HS-012 until several places later in the manual. You may want to read those selections before you attach the Right bracket. (I discuss this issue in detail in my Kitog herein on 3/31/2015.)

Assemble front spars to L & R ribs and transfer drill #19 and #30.
5th outboard rib, nose rib and spar doubler transfer drilled 40 to 29.
