A ripper day today (last day of 2018), 8.5hrs worth of work and a lot to show for it! Jobs completed today are:
Priming left side ribs and skin Riveting rear spar (just need to torque the nuts properly) Riveting the front Spar Deburr and Dimple right skin – ready for prime. Left hand skin assembly - ready to rivet.
Was really good to see some of the items come to assembly and all fit together nicely, I also been really happy with the priming job so far, nice coverage on the parts and no runs.
Tomorrow should be another big day, I will need to spray the right skin, then build a jig/stand to hold horizontal stab while it is rivetted together.
