Worked on the front spar of the HS today, I made a template for the bend and lined everything up carefully before starting the bending process. Was very happy with how they turned out.
I drilled the remaining holes on the front spar, deburred, and neatened the whole assembly up. I also prepared the new front spar, with relief notches, cut aways, deburring and edge finishing. This one ended up much neater than the other spar.
I can move onto finishing off the left hand side, before moving onto the right hand side, I should get some good progress over the next few days.
