Spent today catching up the error I made on the previous front horizontal spar pieces, I correctly orientated and match drilled the spar, doubles and the angle. I then spent some time setting up the bandsaw to remove the bulk of the material, before finishing to rough size with the vixen file, then getting back to a mirror finish on the scotchbrite wheel.
I marked out the bend lines, and will try and get it all bent to shape tomorrow, finish off the left HS with match drilling the ribs to the front spar. This will then allow me to finish off and prime the left hand side and start assembling and match drilling the right side. All coming together really well!
