Brief Description: finalized the flaps connections
I took everything apart from what was done at the build assist and redid the balance and cerntering. I also re-shimmed the center bearing, and removed as much binding as I could. Lastly, I re-centered the center pivot in prep for bonding in the flap motor. Everything is tight and torqued
