Well, it's one step forward, two back. I had to make some fiberglass washers to fit on the main fuel fittings. It seems the outboard ribs are too narrow and the fittings didn't have enough width so that the jam nut could tighten. After I drilled the 3/4 hole in each, I cut them out on the band saw and sanded them to final shape. They aren't perfect, but they are now bonded in with fox and a bevel all around... Should cure up quick so I can start making fuel lines
