Brief Description:  Install Aero Pulsar NSP Lights

On installation I decided to add a sync wire to keep strobe flashes simultaneous. That meant threading a 25 ft wire across the two wings. Not fun, but I was able to use existing wire runs to add this wire. In retrospect I should have ran a 3 wire twisted, shielded cable instead of the 2 wire I originally chose. The sync wire makes 4 wires for the set. The shield is grounded to the forest of tabs on the firewall and connects to the light's black wire.. Oh well. Its done. After attaching the 4-wire molex connectors, shrink tubing everything and adding an additional ground wire from the Nav light frame mounting nut to a local wing ground screw, I fired it up for the test. The switch is an Off/On1/On1&2. First on is the Nav/Position lights. Second "on" adds the strobes, fully synced. The NSP wingtip lights have the rear facing white position light focused rearward off each wingtip instead of having a rudder light. You can see the white position light in each of the two photos below.
