Brief Description: Wire connections for Flap and Smoke
Glued a couple zip tie mounts inside the flap motor housing using E6000. That stuff is outstanding. Flap motor used a 2 wire molex connector and I tied it off with waxed lacing chord to prevent the connector from coming apart. Zip tied it to the mount and added a couple more zip ties to prevent interference with flap position sensor. Smoke pump power wire exits out the back of the housing and I crimped a knife connector to finish the connection. Pump ground wire is attached locally below the pump to an 8/32 machine screw/nutplate ground.
Wiring exits the conduit and is secured on way up to flap motor and POS-12 sensor.
