Brief Description:  Make Oil Access Door

The oil access door was a piece of fiberglass needing shaping. I marked the cutout lines on the cowl and took that piece out. It is to be a second layer on the inside of the ultimate door. That aids in rigidness. I considered just making an aluminum access door but chose fiberglass. I temporarily installed the hartwell latches onto that pink cutout piece and then traced the shapes onto the actual door and made the latch cuts. The cutout piece was then trimmed to fit underneath the actual door and was riveted/glued in place to the underside of the door. Proceeded to slightly bend the latches to follow the natural curve in the cowling. Ready to finish it tomorrow.
