Waited for a weather day that would cooperate (wind/rain) and finally was able to prime all the flap parts. This is the last step before final riveting. Two coats covered quite well. Honestly, it is a lot of fun painting, but it is a royal pain to clean up the equipment. The spray gun and paint holder have to be basically disassembled to reach all the hiding places. I use Acetone, Paint Thinner, and even MEK to dissolve the paint residue. MEK works fantastic. Oh well, its the good , the bad, and the ugly.....
