Brief Description: Drilling the horizontal stabilizer 1
Clecoed HS-706, 707 and 708 to the front and rear spar. Drilled all the rib to spar attach holes to #30 ( exept the HS-708 and HS-603PP holes). Clecoed on the left HS-801PP skin. Enlarged the HS-708 to HS-603 holes to #21. Clecoed the HS-00003, HS-810 and HS-814 to HS-702 spar. Installed HS-00005 rib and match drilled #30 the aft flange to HS-603 spar. Match drilled #40 the aft flange of HS-00006 to HS-702 spar and HS-00003 but forgot to remove HS-00005. This coused a wrong hole in the forward flange of HS-00005 so I have to order a new Rib Drilled #40 the 2 holes common to the HS-00003, HS-702, HS-810 and HS-814 on the forward side of the spars, in line with the holes in the aft flange of the HS-00005 rib.
