- After final drilling the 2 #12 holes on the tabs, temporarily bolted on the windscreen support. Clamped the forward portion of the base flanges to the cockpit rails - Match drilled the #12 holes (6 per side) in the base flanges of the windscreen support through the cockpit rails and upper longerons - Removed the windscreen support and deburred all the holes - Cleco’d the lower and upper fwd baggage bulkheads to the bulkhead brace. The upper bulkhead is the one I modified earlier in the project to add a door for access behind the instrument panel. Riveted the bulkheads to the brace. - Riveted the lower fwd baggage bulkhead to the side skins - Separated the clips from the instrument panel attach flange per the instructions - Cleco’d the instrument panel together per the plans along with the panel attach flange and clips - Final drilled #40 the holes on the clips that mate with the side skins. Deburred and dimpled the holes.
