Brief Description: Aft Upper Skin and Bulkheads #5
- Deburred all the holes previously drilled in all the parts - Dimple countersunk and machine countersunk everything as required - Edge rolled the aft top skin and dimple countersunk all the holes around the perimeter. Need to get the c-frame dimpler out to finish the skin dimpling - Cleaned and primed all the associated parts (less the skin) - Riveted the harness fairleads and canopy rail receptacle to the F-807 bulkhead - Riveted the 2 nutplates for the baggage bulkhead onto the F-808 bulkhead - Cleco’d and riveted the 4 bulkhead tops to the aft fuselage - Riveted the bulkhead gussets to the F-807 bulkhead and the longerons - Installed the static airline connecting the 2 ports and secured to the F-809 bulkhead per the instructions.
