-The plans detail an option to make and install something that provides a convenient way to store your wing tie-down rings. I cut up my old wing center section on the bandsaw to make a couple 3/8" thick plates to mount underneath the F-869 bulkhead gussets. These gussets are just behind the aft seat in the rear baggage space. After locating the 5/16" holes and rivet holes in the parts, I tapped the holes to 3/8-16, and now have a nice way to store the tie down rings.
