- Drilled the front seat back hinge to the front seat floor - Cleco’d together and match drilled the foot wells and match drilled the foot wells to the front seat floor - Uncleco’d and deburred all the parts - Deburred the aft control mount - Machine countersunk the holes in the floor support angle - Separated the rear floor stiffeners, edge deburred them all, cleco’d them on the floors and match drilled them. - Made a shim to go between the right floor and rear seatback hinge - Drilled the rear seatback hinge and shim to the floor skins. This was all a bit different from the instructions since I made my floors removable and sheared them. - Deburred and dimpled all the holes for the stiffeners and floor skins - Dimpled all the parts - Started priming parts…primed all the parts for the front seat skin/footwells and the rear pieces of flooring that I had sheared. - Permanently installed the F-805F spacers and associated nutplates. This is a deviation due to the floor mod. - Installed the nutplates for the aft control mount
