- Installed nutplates for the aft control mount bolts previously drilled - Messed with marking and drilling the flap bearing blocks (delrin material). Unfortunately I ran into a ‘gotcha’. I marked and drilled them both per the plans only to find out the holes were off by 1/8”. I should’ve measured and match drilled them with them installed on the actuator weldment and the floor skins. After fiddling with it for almost 2 hours, I finally gave up and ordered two new blocks before Van’s closed for the evening. -Separated the front floor stiffeners and edge deburred them all - Match drilled the floor support angle and stiffener to the front seat floor (F-829A) - Temporarily installed the front seat floor to match drill the #19 holes for the two F-805D brackets - Removed the front seat floor and drilled #40 holes for the nutplates for the F-805D brackets - Installed the nutplates on the F-805D brackets
