-First I reattached the F828 aft bottom skin and fitment was good. -Then I got my jewelers files out and start working holes IAW the engineering disposition from Van's. It was tedious work, but I eventually got all the holes re-aligned and drilled. I did not elongate the hole in the steel part, only on the canopy rails and spacers.
