Etched and primed all the right flap parts. Learned a lesson on ensuring all the water drops are dried in the crevices. Also, it was quite cool outside - about 63 degrees. In hindsight I should have closed up the garage door and fired up a heater. It turned out OK. It may not be pretty, but it's going to do it's job. I'm not too worried about how it looks since it's all on the inside of the flap.
