Brief Description: Rt Wing #29 - Fitting aileron and flap
Finished the countersinking, dimpling, and riveting on of nutplates for the bottom access covers. Installed the inboard 2 panels (the outboard one stays off for access to the aileron bellcrank. Fit and installed the aileron. Installed the rig fixture and adjusted the bellcrank to aileron pushrod. After installing some keeper rivets to the flap brace/bottom skin (see left flap post on 01/30/2008), fit the flap and drilled the flap hinge to the wing. Removed the keeper rivets, deburred, and countersunk where required, and riveted on the wing side of the flap hinge. Removed the eyelets required for the optional flap hinge wire securing.
