Brief Description:  Left Fuel Tank #16 - Install Baffle

After much dry running, double checking, and thorough cleaning, I finally closed up the fuel tank by sealing on the baffle. I used the plastic bag method in laying down a nice bead of sealant along the forward edge of the tank skin rivet lines and inboard/outboard ribs, globbed a bunch of sealant in the corners, thinly smeared sealant around the interior rib holes, and droppped the baffle into place. I made sure the skin/baffle holes were aligned, and 100% clekoed all the holes. Then I properly positioned and clekoed all the z-brakets and baffle/rib holes. I then installed all the pull rivets in the back of baffle and z-brackets after swirling them in sealant. Finally, I covered all the pulled rivet heads in sealant, cleaned up, and called it a night.
