Brief Description: Added tail section to fuselage

Schotch padded the entire empennage, leveled the frame and the clamped the verticle stablizer and plummed it up. Once it was plum, we drilled and clecoed it in place. We then aligned the horizontal stablizer in place, drilled and clecoed them.
