After shimming the seats, they do not ride on the rails and do not sit on the front bar of the spar box. Something's wrong here. Also, the aft edge of the seat pan is about 1/2" away from the seat back. This should be flush. As it is, it feels like a lumbar support. I'm not sure you will be able to feel it under the seat pad, but this doesn't look right. I'm thinking about cutting off the back edge, but want to talk with Nick again before I do. I'll ask him for pictures of a completed seat pan.
In spite of all the issues with the seat pans, it's nice to be able to sit in the plane now.
