Brief Description: Add WAW to brake line fairing

Dave hasn't been in the factory for a while, so I've been saving a few glamorous tasks for him. For example, when I moved the brake line fairing forward (so that it would be hidden bu the gear leg fairing), I forgot to install the wide area washer on the bottom side of the fuselage. It might not need it, but I feel better having it there. So, once Dave finished marking out the firewall recess pieces, he spent an hour plus removing the brake line fairing, installing the washer, and reinstalling the fairing and line. Thanks, Dave.

Dave took all of this off and installed the washer I forgot.

Can't believe I forgot to put this back on when I relocated the line. Sorry, Dave.
