Not in manual. I spoke with Nick to understand the new process. Here goes:
The main wheel boots are held in place by brackets that must be fabricated. The main outer brackets are attached to the axle. To do so, holes must be drilled and then tapped to accept AN3 bolts. you will notices two small holes in the picture.
Note to self: When drilling the holes, don't drill through the cotter pin holes in the axel. Let's just call these extra holes what they are, lightening (not lightning) holes.
