Now that the hinge is attached, I can flox the pieces together. You can never have enough clamps. I made a wedge out of florist foam and wrapped it with BDFG and exoxy. Once that cured, I installed it in the trailing edge with floz and clamped the trim tab together. I'll close out the ends with micro baloons and epoxy to be strong and lightweight. The kit has changed a lot since the manual was written. The section of the manual that covers the trim tab wasn't much help. This is one of those tasks where other builder sites really didn't help much either. Once into it, it wasn't too bad, but I stressed about starting this project because of a lack of experience and directions.
