Brief Description:  Push Rod

Now that I know the push rod is the corret length, I can drill through the push rod and the cones on each end to accept an AN-3 bolt.

So, I tested the up (39 degrees) and down (19 degrees) travel with the push rod installed and then removed the elevator again. While the elevator is off, I'll add the nuts and washers to the HS spars.

Because the bolt is soo close to the inside edge of the VS and there is a glob of epoxy in there from the manufacturing process, I first had to grind a #3 WAW washer to fit. I also had to expand the access hole a bit for my giant fingers to get in there and start the nut. So far, this has been the most difficult task to access.
