The angle of the upper rudder bracket is not a big deal, but it bugged me. The rudder/VS gap was too tight at the front also, so I used the grease tip learned earlier and added two washers to the lower bolt, one to the left bolt to better center the rudder, greased the bracket and screws, floxed between the bracket and the VS, tightened the bolts and left it to dry.
See how the hinge is higher in the picture? Im happy with the position and the gap now.
A bit of sanding at the front and this will be great.
