The headset jacks were installed backwards. The pilot stick opperated the copilot side and visa versa. The jacks were a pain to connect, so it was easier to switch the wiring at the sticks. Thankfully, I had installed connectors with enough of a service loop to reach the other sides. I had them neatly tucked under the aileron pushrods wich made access to them difficult, but after cutting enough cable ties, I decided to reroute them for easier maintenance access in the future. They are now located behind the wing spar and under the seat pans.
