Brief Description: Repair Dynon BU Battery connector
One connector was loose on one of the backup batteries when I received it from Dynon. The wire had disconnected from the pin. Dynon offered to repair it, but it's a simple fix, or at least I thought so. Instead of sending them the battery, they agreed to send me some new pins and a new male plug.
The micro Molex pins have little spars that should snap into the connector. The problem is that the pins are so small, the spars fold in when being inserted, but don't pop out to hold themselves in place in the connector. It works now, but I'll probably take it to the local Dynon dealer and let them have a go at it.
